Who we are
HrxJobs (“we”, “us”) is a job portal startup. For questions about this policy or your data, write to support@hrxjobs.com.
What we collect
- From candidates: the CV you send us and what it contains — name, contact details, work history, education, skills, certificates, and the preferences you tell us on WhatsApp (such as where you want to work, your current salary and your notice period).
- From employers and recruitment agencies: company name, the name, designation, phone number and email of each user, and the jobs and searches they create.
- Automatically: basic usage information such as pages visited, through Google Analytics.
Why we use it
- To build your candidate profile and match you with suitable jobs.
- To let employers and recruitment agencies find candidates who fit their requirements.
- To contact you on WhatsApp or by email about opportunities, and about your profile.
- To operate, secure and improve the service.
Who we share it with
Your profile may be shown to employers and recruitment agencies using HrxJobs to fill a role. Your phone number and email are revealed only when a recruiter opens your contact details, and every such view is recorded. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and file storage), our WhatsApp Business provider, our email provider and our AI provider for reading CVs. We will never sell your data for marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used solely to match you with suitable career opportunities.
How long we keep it
We keep your profile for as long as it is useful for job matching, and until you ask us to remove it.
Your choices and rights
- Reply STOP on WhatsApp to stop receiving messages from us.
- Reply PAUSE to pause job notifications for two months.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to support@hrxjobs.com. We respond within 30 days.
Regions we do not serve
We do not accept or store CVs from candidates located in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom.
Security
Data is stored on secured servers in India with access limited to authorised users. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and publish the new version on this page.
